Our apartments and units aren't just for Deakin students on long leases. Deakin students undertaking intensives, irregular learning blocks along with Deakin staff, placement students from all universities, groups (school, sporting and special interest) and businesses stay with us throughout the year.

Melbourne Burwood Campus
We have three types of accommodation to choose from (studio apartments, shared apartments and units) and each is conveniently located to all campus facilities.
Geelong Waterfront
Our apartments offer central, quality accommodation at affordable rates. It’s just a short walk from the waterfront, all major transport links and the CBD.
Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus
Our terraces and units are perfect for visitors to the area, and are close to our conference centres and extensive sporting grounds.
Warrnambool
Our units are located nearby the Hopkins river, surf beaches and our sporting facilities – making it a great place to bring families school groups or staff.
The benefits
What else do I need to know?
Although we offer accommodation to external guests that aren't students, our residences are slightly different to hotel accommodation. We don't offer room service or wake up calls, but all bedding and linen is provided (cost is included in room price) and you can receive a full refund up to 72 hours prior to check in.
Smoking is prohibited on all University grounds and inside any University buildings, including rooms. Residents and short-stay guests however, have access to designated smoking areas.
